This is a membership, not insurance. Membership benefits and insurance benefits cannot be combined. The first complimentary exam unlocks at signup, with an additional complimentary exam available each year a membership remains active. Memberships carry a three-month minimum commitment. Triple Scoop and Quart carry a five-month minimum. Membership freezes are available up to three months with studio approval. Beauty Bank credit applies toward eyewear and contact lens purchases. Milestone gifts unlock only while a membership remains active on the qualifying month. Family memberships cover the number of household members stated for each tier, declared at enrollment.
