We operate, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”). These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Sweet View Optique Inc., concerning your access to and use of the Services.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law.

Those who access the Services from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Gift cards or Gift Certificates purchased, received, redeemed, or refunded from Sweet View Optical, located at 245 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Sugar Hill, GA, can be used for prescription contact lenses, eyeglasses, eye exams, sunglasses, accessories, and general merchandise.

They cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or stolen. No expiration applies except as required by law. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing gift cards.

Remaining balances may be used for future visits per state laws. Gift cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Unless stated otherwise, only one gift card or gift certificate is allowed per transaction.

Gift cards are processed during regular hours, and balance inquiries can be made in-store or by calling (678) 253-7975.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, design, and materials within the Services are owned or licensed by Sweet View Optique Inc.

This includes but is not limited to:
• website design
• text
• images
• branding elements

You are granted limited access for personal, non-commercial use only.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• you have legal capacity
• you will comply with applicable laws
• you will not use automated systems to access the Services
• you will not use the Services for unauthorized or illegal purposes

Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in restricted or terminated access.
