The People Behind the Studio Experience

The heart of Sweet View is the Sweet View Crew.

Each member brings their own personality, expertise, and creative perspective to the studio experience. Together, they help clients navigate the many choices involved in selecting eyewear, understanding vision needs, and customizing lenses.

The goal is simple:

Help every client feel confident in their eyewear and excited about how they see the world.

From frame styling to lens customization, the Sweet View Optical Crew is dedicated to making eyewear a thoughtful, personalized process rather than a rushed retail transaction.

Tiffany Rosell – LDO, ABOC, NCLEC

Optician & Vision Style Architect

Tiffany is a Licensed Optician and has proudly called Sugar Hill home since 2008 with her husband and two children.

In addition to being a GA Licensed Optician, she is ABO & NCLE certified nationally. Tiffany also serves on the Board of Directors of the Opticians Assoc. of GA as its current 2nd Vice President.

Outside of her professional life, she loves to travel with family and actively support her kids’ extracurricular activities. She is a White Oak Elementary & Lanier Middle School PTA member has been a room parent for her kids’ classes, and volunteers for various organizations.

Industry Recognition & Leadership

Tiffany was named one of Eye Care Business Magazine’s #EBGameChangers for 2025.

The EB Game Changer recognition highlights innovative leaders who are shaping the future of the optical industry. Only ten professionals across the entire country are selected each year.

This recognition was awarded in part for Sweet View’s Interactive Lab Experience, an educational concept Tiffany created that helps clients better understand how eyewear is designed, crafted, and customized.

She was also named a 2025 Optical Women’s Association Adira Grant recipient, recognizing emerging leaders in the optical profession.

Tiffany was also featured in Canvas Rebel Magazine highlighting her journey as an independent optician and entrepreneur.

Beyond the studio, Tiffany is actively developing continuing education programs for optical professionals focused on:

  • Migraines & light sensitivity
  • Neurodivergence and the prevalence of migraines
  • More mindful and compassionate optical care for sensory-sensitive clients

 

She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Opticianry Program at Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC) (her alma mater).

Tiffany aspires to one day become a Master Optician, a designation held by fewer than 400 professionals nationwide.

Fernanda Pineda – OPTA

Optician Apprentice & Frame Aficionado

Fernanda is a dedicated Optician Apprentice and a proud resident of Lawrenceville.

She is currently attending Georgia Piedmont Technical College’s Opticianry Program, where she was awarded a full scholarship to pursue her education.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Fernanda has a passion for languages and hopes to expand her linguistic abilities even further.

Outside of the studio, Fernanda enjoys creating art and spending time with her dog, Sasha.

She aspires to continue advancing within the optical profession and may one day pursue becoming an Optometrist.
